Half My Life

I spent the first half of my life in a wandering daze. I made mistake after mistake.

Then I met her.

She is my constant reminder that I am not worthy. She says I am, but I always try to be a better man and live so that I can at least feel like I am nearly worthy of having her in my life.

The mother of my children, my partner. Most importantly, my wife.

Twenty-six years ago today was our first date.

Except for memories we never look back.

That’s it. That’s the post.
